• Created a framework for IP Protection and Technology transfer for India’s tertiary agricultural council under the Ministry of Agriculture that is currently implemented in the country

• Carried out research & IPR review of a large Indian seed company to identify technological gaps and facilitate technology access that revitalized the organization’s product portfolio enabling it to emerge among top 3 seed companies in India

• Limited due-diligence of an IVF clinic chain on behalf of a PE Fund contemplating investment
